Overview

This Privacy Policy describes information collected through our mobile applications and games.

Ways to use this information.

Our privacy policy is completely COPPA compliant !

There are two types of information that we may collect when you use the Application:

1. “Personal Information” is a type of information that specifically identifies you personally and / or can be used separately to contact you online or offline, for example, your full name, physical address, email address, phone number, photo, Accurate geolocation information (such as your specific location), credit card information and, in some cases, usernames; and

2. “Non-personal information” is information that does not identify you and cannot be used for personal contact with you, including information such as your date of birth, age, zip code, inaccurate geolocation information (for example, your city ) and gender, as well as information about your computer and mobile device, such as your unique device identifier, IP address or other permanent identifiers, as well as their hardware / software / firmware. Non-personal information also includes “Usage Data”, which is anonymous data attached to your computer and / or device, such as the actions you perform in the application and beyond, the date and time you use the application, your game. progress, playing time, score and achievements, as well as the URLs you visited and / or the applications that you used before and after using our application.

- Use of the personal information we collect .

When you download and use our application, we do not require you to provide any personal information, and we do not collect any personal information about you, except that we collect:

- if parents sent us an email, then we only collect email addresses that are specifically designed to provide support.

Use of non-personal information that we collect

It is not personal information and can be used by us for administrative, analytical, research, optimization, protective and other purposes.

In particular, we may use your Non-Personal Information to:

- Track your use of our Application to help us learn more about your gaming activities to enhance your gaming experience;

- compile statistics;

- protect against fraud, crime or fraud or for other security reasons;

- determine the jurisdiction in which you are located so that we can determine which laws apply to you;

- this data can be used for internal purposes, such as personalization of content and contextual (non-behavioral) advertising.

- Children's Privacy Act 

Our application complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in violation of COPPA, and if, in case the user identifies himself as a child under the age of 13 at the request of support, we will not collect, store or use it and it will be safe to delete any personal information of such a user.

We allow users to contact us if they have questions about supporting the use of our mobile applications. If you send a request to a support service, we may receive your email address and other information that you provide related to your request to the support service (“Support Information”). We use the Support Information only to support the internal operations of our Application, as provided for in Section 312.2 of the COPPA Rules, effective July 1, 2013.

We knowingly do not collect or use Personal Information from children under the age of 13 years. Since we believe that our application is intended for children under 13 years of age, we will not collect personal information from users of this application.

If you are a parent of a child under 13 years old and believe that your child has provided us with Personal Information, contact us and we will remove this information from our system.

We may collect Non-Personal Information, such as a device identifier or other permanent identifier associated with a device or computer that a child can use to play our Application. The data collected will be anonymous and will not be tied to any Personal Information. In addition, this data will be used exclusively for internal purposes, such as personalization of content, security and contextual (non-behavioral) advertising.

Some of our applications may allow in-game purchases, even if the corresponding game was free to download. Such purchases do not always require re-entering credit card information, because they can be made through an existing third-party account. If you are concerned about this feature, you can disable the ability to make in-game purchases.

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, please get your parents permission before registering on our Platform or providing us with any Personal Information.

- Exchange of information and its disclosure

We use the Support Information only to support the internal operations of our Application, as provided for in Section 312.2 of the COPPA Rules, effective July 1, 2013. We do not rent, sell or transfer your email address unless we have your explicit consent and the following circumstances:

(i) We may share your Support Information with our support providers, but only for the purpose of supporting you.

(ii) We may share your email address and / or support information: (a) to protect the security or integrity of our application, (b) to take precautions against liability; (c) respond to a lawsuit; or (d) to the extent permitted by other provisions of the law, provide information to law enforcement agencies or conduct investigations into matters relating to public safety; and if such information is not used for any other purpose, everything is in accordance with Section 312.5 (c) (6) of the COPPA Rules, effective July 1, 2013.

Policies This Policy may change from time to time. We will always keep this up to date so that you know what information we will receive from you, how we can use it and when we can disclose it.

Complaint and Feedback 

You can file a complaint about any violation of our Privacy Policy through the address of our developer.
